Shipping & Return

Domestic Orders
Most orders are shipped the same business day. Orders received on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the next business day.

Within Thailand, orders are shipped via Kerry and are free of charge when you spend a minimum of $100. Lead time is 1 – 4 business days.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped via UPS or Dragon Courier with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 10 days. International orders are shipped for free when you spend a minimum of $250. Please note that all orders shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to local taxes and duties. These fees are beyond our control, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them. Orders cannot be canceled or returned to sender unless these charges are cleared. Refusal to pay may result in the shipment being destroyed, with no refund issued.


Customs & Duties
Astra Noctis will not be held responsible for customs duties, taxes, or issues arising at your local customs office. We are not liable for any additional fees charged by your local carrier. Our international shipping prices only reflect the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties, taxes, or country-specific fees. Be sure to familiarise yourself with your country’s import regulations before purchasing.

Return Policy
You can return your order within 20 days from the date you received your items.


Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and clean.

  • Items with makeup stains will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received after the 20-day period will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you choose to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and information cards intact. Items must be free of hair, dirt, or other debris.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Socks: Must remain sealed in their original packaging.
  • Saddle Pads: Must be returned in their original packaging and unfolded.
  • Head Wear: Cannot be returned.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to you at your expense. Please ensure all items meet the return requirements to avoid additional charges. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
