Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For customers within Thailand, we also accept payment from national banks via QR code.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, although orders are not shipped on Saturday & Sundays.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking ID provided in your dispatch email for any updates from the delivery provider. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at ride@astranoctis.com.


Size Charts:
You can find the size chart for each product in the product description and a link in the footer.


Sponsorships:
We’re always happy to hear from you and always open to new sponsorships. Simply send us an email ride@astranoctis.com with your name and why you are the rider to be sponsored by us. Of course you hear back from us with our answer.
